The next time you watch children play, notice how many ways they move. When is the last time you crawled, leaped, rolled or even touched the ground?  The human body is designed to move in so many ways, yet much of the population uses the smallest amount to travel to work, sit at a desk and return to their couches.  Even many fitness enthusiasts only use their bodies in the same linear patterns workout after workout.  In order to properly maintain our bodies and our ability to function, we need to move in all directions.  Regaining movement that was either forgotten or lost through atrophy is like discovering the fountain of youth.  Whether you are new to exercise or a seasoned athlete, a personal trainer can make sure that you take your body through all planes of motion, improving function through training strength, balance, agility and flexibility.  Let us help you get moving in order to live life to the fullest and love to move!—Bonnie Livingston

Fitness Assessment
Our trainers evaluate cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, endurance and flexibility, in addition to testing blood pressure and body fat composition.

Adult Sports Conditioning
Conditioning for athletes in a variety of sports.
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5-6 pm
September 25-December 20
$200/member; $150/Platinum
No class November 22

Basketball Conditioning
Work on your off-court condition with certified NASM-Performance Enhancement Specialist Steve Manns. Focus on physical and mental conditioning, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, stabilization, strength and power. Conditioning can be done in a group or individual setting.

Spartan SGX Training
Ten weeks of intense training to prepare you for the ultimate physical test, the Spartan Race!
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:15-7:15 pm
August 14-October 11
No class September 11
$230/member; $345/community
Includes Weekend Warrior Training
Does not include the cost of the race.

Weekend Warrior Training
Great class for general conditioning as well as preparing for obstacle course participation.
