I believe fitness is much more than being in great physical condition. It’s about proving to yourself that you are capable of accomplishing incredible feats. It’s much more than losing weight, or lifting 300 pounds; it’s about never quitting. Showing yourself that whenever you think you’re done—whenever you think that you have nothing left—you can still do one more. I am extremely passionate about inspiring others to achieve the goals they want to accomplish. For me, personal training is not just a service, but a means of helping and reaching out to others, because sometimes all we need is just a plan and some motivation. — David May
