How to View Household Members

A household consists of 1 or 2 adults and their children ages 24 and under. Children over the age of 24 and grandparents or other relatives should have their own household. To remove someone from your household, please contact us at [email protected] or 412-339-5432.

1. Go to jccpgh.force.com and log in to your Virtual JCCPGH Account. If you have not already done so, please create an account. (For help, see “How to Create an Account” on Virtual JCCPGH above.)

2. From the home tab, scroll down to “My Household”.
Any household members already in our system will display automatically.
If someone in your household has a membership or has participated in JCCPGH programming, and they do not appear as part of your household, you may have duplicate accounts in our system, which can lead to incorrect pricing and access issues. If you think a family member is missing from your account, please contact us at [email protected] or 412-339-5432 to confirm.

How to Add Household Members to Your Account*

To add a family member to your account, click the  icon in the top right corner of the “My Household” box.

*Please note that adding a contact to your account does not add that contact to your membership. Please contact our Membership Department at 412-697-3522.

Please create your account (if you have not already done so) and access the Virtual JCCPGH tab several days before the event you wish to participate in, so we have time to help you work through any issues you experience.
For help, see “How to Create an Account” on Virtual JCCPGH, above, or contact us at [email protected] or 412-339-5432.

1. Go to the Virtual JCCPGH link and log in to your account.

2. Click on the Virtual JCCPGH tab.

3. Under “Upcoming” there are tiles representing each event, where you can view the name, description, date and time of the event.
Note: You do not need to register for these events, as they are part of your JCC Membership.

4. Once on the Zoom webpage, click on “Open Zoom Meetings”, then “Join with Computer Audio”. If you wish for the instructor and class to be able to see you during the class, click “Start Video”.
