Swedish Massage
A system of long strokes, kneading and friction techniques on the more superficial layers of the muscles, combined with active and passive movements of the joints. The most common form of massage used to promote general relaxation, improve circulation and easy everyday aches and pains.

Trigger Point
Also known as Myotherapy or Neuromuscular Therapy, this massage applies concentrated pressure to “trigger points” (painful irritated areas in the muscle) to break cycles of spasm and pain.

Deep Tissue
This massage releases the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas. The focus is on the deeper layers of muscle tissue.

Sports Massages
Maintain that winning edge with our line of sport massages. Whether you are a serious athlete or just trying to get in shape, a sports massage can help you recover faster and prevent injuries.

Restorative Massage
This massage is perfect for runners or cyclists training for a race. This restorative massage will allow you to recover faster and train harder with less injury.

Reflexology
Pressure is applied to certain points on the foot corresponding to organs and systems in the body.
