Healthy and Whole Body
The JCC’s comprehensive programming and expert staff promote fitness and life-long wellness for people of all ages, shapes and conditions. Our programs are housed in beautiful, modern facilities with state-of-the-art and adaptable equipment.
At the JCC, you’ll find everything you need to get and stay in shape, and feel good. Get motivated with a personal trainer, work up a sweat in a group exercise class, de-stress in a yoga session, relax in the whirlpool, work with a nutritionist, and enjoy the many other amenities and activities of a dynamic community center including swimming, pick-up games in our gymnasiums, and walking or running our indoor track.
For families with young children, Short Stop Babysitting by a trained, nurturing staff is available while you work out.
