Come re-energize your training with Spartan Strong at the JCC’s 100 acre Family Park.
Each training will be followed by a trail run through the expansive property.
Spartan Strong is divided into 5 Phases: Readiness, Stamina, Accountability, Tenacity and Resilience.

This variable intensity hour-long experience will push you and unleash your inner Spartan by increasing strength, endurance and mobility through a combination of body weight moves, dynamic stretching and cardio-focused drills using the Spartan Pancake sandbag.
