The JCC’s comprehensive programming and expert staff promote fitness and life-long wellness for people of all ages, shapes and conditions. Our programs are housed in beautiful, modern facilities with state-of-the-art and adaptable equipment.


NEW in Fitness: Spartan Strong & Trail Running Coming to Family Park!

Come re-energize your training with Spartan Strong at the JCC’s 100 acre Family Park.

Each training will be followed by a trail run through the expansive property.

Spartan Strong is divided into 5 Phases: Readiness, Stamina, Accountability, Tenacity and Resilience.

Bring and reconnect with your friends!

$10/member and $20/non-member per session.  Registration must be complete by Thursday at noon for each Sunday’s session.

Spartan Strong brings the authentic spirit of Spartan Race to group fitness. Spartan Strong challenges the body and mind, helping individuals conquer life’s everyday challenges.

This variable intensity hour-long experience will push you and unleash your inner Spartan by increasing strength, endurance and mobility through a combination of body weight moves, dynamic stretching and cardio-focused drills using the Spartan Pancake sandbag.
