Group Blast® is 60 minutes of cardio training that uses The STEP® in highly effective, athletic ways. It will get your heart pounding and sweat pouring as you improve your fitness, agility, coordination, and strength with exciting music and group energy. HAVE A BLAST!

30 minutes of high energy cardio training.

Inspiring 60-minute barbell program that strengthens all your major muscles-for all ages and fitness levels.

This is one class that will deliver all the fitness training you need-cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility- in just one hour! Activate your life in only one hour! Incorporating all elements of fitness, Group Active will increase your cardio fitness, build your strength and improve your balance and flexibility. All in a supportive group environment, with motivating music and caring instructors. This class is for anyone from beginners to the more advanced time-crunched exerciser. 60-minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements kicks your cardio fitness to the next level, while defining and shaping your body and self-confidence.

A high intensity, sweat-inducing workout on a stationary bike that imitates a real ride (minus the breaks) with climbs, sprints and coasts. Reservations are required and may be made up to seven days in advance. Two hours advance notice of cancellation required; “no shows” will be charged $5.
