Our expert instructors lead classes and programs that foster well-being for all ages and abilities .

We meet you where you are: In well-equipped studios at the JCCs in Squirrel Hill and South Hills and virtually online – both livestream and on-demand.

Mindfulness and Wellness Programming includes:

  • Yoga and Group Centergy
  • SilverSneakers Yoga
  • Tai Chi
  • Massage is offered at the JCC in Squirrel Hill.
