DEKA HOLIDAY CHALLENGE
Get into the holiday spirit with the Deka Holiday Challenge at ON YOUR MARK FITNESS! ❄️
The Holidays are under way, and there is no better way to keep in the holiday spirit than to divide and conquer the DEKA course! We are challenging all of you to get your team together and get a taste of DEKA in this free holiday challenge- the best part is, all 4 teammates share the workout!
Who? Teams must be 4 individuals in the following groupings: all male, all female, co-ed (two male, two female)
What? DEKA STRONG reps, meters and calories quadrupled:
Zone 1: Reverse Lunges 120 reps
Zone 2: Rower 2000 meters
Zone 3: Box Jump/Step Over 80 reps
Zone 4: Med Ball Sit Up 100 reps
Zone 5: Ski Erg 2000 meters
Zone 6: Farmers Carry 400 meters
Zone 7: Assault Bike 100 cals
Zone 8: Dead Ball Wall Over 80 reps
Zone 9: Tank Push/Pull 400 meters
Zone 10: Ram Burpee 80 reps
