Types of Classes

*Classes marked with an asterisk are free to all JCC members.

Active Express
Active Express will be a 30 minute cardio class on Mondays at 9 am in the Dance Studio. Class is free class for members.

Absolute Abs*
Forget those ordinary old sit-ups. This 60 minute class will take your core workout to another level. Get a core you adore!

Cardio Dance*
Cross train with this high energy, high intensity Cardio Dance workout. Blast your buns and thighs. Interval your cardio workout and kick your plateau.

Core Conditioning*
Widdle your middle with a blend of dance, stability and traditional core exercises. Exercise to achieve balance and well-being. All levels welcome.

Group Power*
This is your hour of power! This 60-minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. Discover results, discover Group Power!

This is one class that will deliver all the fitness training you need-cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility- in just one hour! Activate your life in only one hour! Incorporating all elements of fitness, Group Active will increase your cardio fitness, build your strength and improve your balance and flexibility. All in a supportive group environment, with motivating music and caring instructors. This class is for anyone from beginners to the more advanced time-crunched exerciser.
