11 years ago, Leon Ford was shot five times by the Pittsburgh Police. A case of mistaken identity that paralyzed him from the waist down, Ford’s entire life was altered in an instant.

After years of reckoning and learning to transform pain and anger into healing, Ford and Schubert have nurtured a loving relationship committed to reconciliation.
