At the JCC, children and teens along with adults of all ages can learn lifelong healthy habits. Our top-notch fitness facilities house a huge variety of equipment, including Kettlebell and TRX. In the Deck Time program, a drop-in after school workout with a trainer, kids ages 10 to 13 learn how to use many types of fitness equipment for their workouts.
