Barbell Mechanics: Ages 13-17

Proper lifting techniques for squats, bench press and deadlifts that will include functional warmups and progressive accessory exercises that will improve your form, technique and strength. Ben Weinberger, instructor.

BeastMode Bootcamp: Ages 13-17

Speed, agility and strength training designed to help teens
excel at their sport. Includes progression, injury prevention and improvement in exercise efficiency. Dan Holc, instructor.

Fitness Fusion: Ages 13-17

Fitness Fusion combines strength training, circuit training, yoga techniques, group activities and more, to help make fitness a way of life.

Teen Fitness Certification: ages 13-15 (SQ)
This two-hour orientation class MUST be completed by teens prior to using the Centerfit facility. Teens will learn Centerfit rules, how to work the equipment, review safety and set goals. We also offer private certification with a personal trainer.Another option for certification is one hour with a personal trainer. Contact

Teen TRX: ages 10+ 
The TRX Suspension Trainer leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you challenge yourself, because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. Space is limited.

Introduction to Olympic Fencing: ages 5+
All equipment is provided; please wear athletic clothing (long pants) and athletic shoes. The instructor is professional fencer Iana Dakova.

Private Sports-Related Training: all ages
Increase your skill level in basketball, baseball, lacrosse, soccer and tennis. Private lessons provide motivation, training and coaching. Partner sessions available.

Teen Fitness Certification
This 90-minute orientation MUST be completed by teens ages 13-15 prior to using the fitness

Sports Readiness 

Basketball Conditioning
Work on your off-court condition with certified NASM-Performance Enhancement Specialist Steve Manns. Focus on physical and mental conditioning, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, stabilization, strength and
power. Conditioning can be done in a group or individual setting.

Spartan SGX Training
Step out of your training box and try something that prepares you for the obstacles of life and the obstacle on a race course. The class includes the Spartan Strong group ex class on Sunday mornings at 10:30 am.

Youth Sports Conditioning
Conditioning for high school athletes during your off season. By appointment.

MAF (Maximum Aerobic Function) Cardio Training
Have you hit a plateau in your cardio training? Are you always tired and hungry after
workouts? In this class, you will find your maximum aerobic function and use your own fat for training instead of energy from food. You will need a smart phone and a Polar H7, H10 or similar heart rate monitor. This can be done as personal training or group training with your friends.
