Teen Fitness Certification: ages 13-15 (SQ)
This two-hour orientation class MUST be completed by teens prior to using the Centerfit facility. Teens will learn Centerfit rules, how to work the equipment, review safety and set goals. We also offer private certification with a personal trainer.Another option for certification is one hour with a personal trainer. Contact

The TRX Suspension Trainer leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundereds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you challenge yourself, because you can simply adjust
your body position to add or decrease resistance. Space is limited.

Build total body strength using
traditional weight training exercises to enhance swim performance with special attention to injury prevention of the shoulder. By appointment.
Private Sports-Related Training: all ages (SH)
Increase your skill level in basketball, baseball, lacrosse, soccer and tennis. Private lessons provide motivation, training and coaching. Partner sessions available.
