Group Exercise Classes - South Hills
Exercise led by a teacher with others in a class is motivating and fun. The JCC’s Group Exercise programs at our South Hills facilities are among the largest and most comprehensive in the Pittsburgh area.
We offer a wide variety of group exercise classes tailored to appeal to adults of all ages, shapes, sizes and levels of fitness. Our facilities are top-notch and our instructors are certified through ACSM or ACE and are CPR-certified.
