Virtual Program presented by Mt. Lebanon Public Library

December 9, 2020

7-8:15 pm
A Virtual Program presented by Mt. Lebanon Public Library

Rabbi Ron Symons and Melissa Hiller from the JCC’s Center for Loving Kindness guide a conversation around the story behind Chanukah’s festival of lights and the holiday’s customs and traditions. Their conversation also connects Chanukah to social justice values and standing up for neighbors.

Rabbi Ron Symons and Melissa Hiller work collaboratively on the JCC’s Center for Loving Kindness and Civic Engagement in order to redefine neighbor from a geographic term to a moral concept.
