Fitness Classes

Fitness for Every Body

Exercising with others in a class is motivating and fun. The JCC’s Group Exercise programs at our Squirrel Hill and our South Hills facilities are among the largest and most comprehensive in the Pittsburgh area. Our facilities are top-notch and our instructors are certified through ACSM or ACE and are CPR-certified.

We offer a wide variety of group exercise classes tailored to appeal to adults of all ages, shapes, sizes and levels of fitness.  Many of our classes are through MOSSA, also known as Body Training Systems, the most respected developer of professional, high quality, enjoyable group fitness workouts in the health club industry today.

Build flexibility, strength and cardio fitness in classes including Group Power, Group Fight, Group Active, Zumba, Group Centergy, Spinning and more.

For wellness through movement, we offer a wide variety of classes including yoga, Pilates and Alexander, as well as dance classes for adults.
