Memory Training Program

Fridays • 1-3 pm
March 12-April 2

This innovative, research-based program for adults age 60+ focuses on strategies that develop good memory habits and techniques to improve memory. It targets the most common memory complaints:
• Forgetting names and faces
• Forgetting to do things in the future
• Keeping an appointment
• Passing on a phone message
• Forgetting why you walked into a room
• Forgetting where you put things like your keys, glasses and wallet
• Knowing something you can’t immediately recall or “tip of the tongue” challenges
This program is not intended for people with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia.
