Challenge your mind and train your body during this special 2 hours program at the JCC South Hills. The all-new Spartan Strong Workout Tour led by top Spartan Coaches is built upon the 5 phases of the Spartan Strong group fitness class.

Our trained Coaches will lead you through an innovative combination of high-intensity resistance training, bodyweight moves, dynamic stretching, and cardio-focused drills to increase strength, endurance, and mobility as you prepare to conquer any obstacle that comes your way.
