Spartan SGX Training:

Ten weeks of intense training to prepare you for the ultimate physical test, the Spartan Race!
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:15-7:15 pm

No class September 11
$230/member; $345/community
Includes Weekend Warrior Training
Does not include the cost of the race.

Weekend Warrior Training:

Great class for general conditioning as well as preparing for obstacle course participation.
Sundays, 4-5:15 pm
September 16-December 23
$175/15 sessions; $130/Platinum
$15/drop-in; $10/Platinum drop-in;
$25/non-member drop-in
