GETTING ACTIVE AT THE JCC: WE’RE HERE TO HELP!

You’ve walked in and started your membership. You’ve gotten your swipe card, downloaded the app to see the schedules, made a promise to yourself that you are starting new healthy habits, and then you’ve gone to bed each night telling yourself that in the morning, you’re going to figure out how to actually Do The Thing.

I get it, I’ve been there.

I walked past the JCC, burning a hole in the sidewalk for way too long before I got up the courage to admit that I didn’t know how to activate myself, after activating my membership.

But that doesn’t have to be you any longer. The JCC recognizes that healthy habits come from more than intention. For some people, they require a helping hand to be accountable to, while others just need a lay of the land.

Please note: In support of our members who observe the Jewish Sabbath, we have adjusted our JCCPGH app reservation times to avoid requiring the use of electronic devices on Saturday. Typically, our classes open 72 hours prior to the start of class, however, our Tuesday classes will now open 96 hours (4 days) in advance and registration will begin on the preceding Friday.

matter your fitness level.
