Amy began studying yoga in 1987 and has been teaching in and around the city of Pittsburgh for 20+ years. Leveraging her passion for fitness she completed a master’s degree in health, physical activity and chronic disease at the University of Pittsburgh and taught anatomy and physiology for the Community College of Allegheny County while leading classes in all forms of group exercise at multiple locations in the city.
