As a trainer, I have a background in working with a myriad of different people ranging from middle school aged kids to the geriatric population. My philosophy for personal training is an altruistic approach meeting my clients where they’re at and pushing them beyond their limiting beliefs to help boost their confidence as they reach their goals.
Education: BS in Exercise Science from Slippery Rock University; MS in Clinical Exercise Physiology from University of Pittsburgh; Incoming PhD Student in Exercise Physiology at Kent State University
