Where do I send requests for employment verification?
Employees may submit all employment verification requests via fax to 412-521-7044 or the HR mailbox at [email protected]. Every effort will be made to process requests within 24 hours.
How do I find out what my hire date/last day work is?
You may contact Michelle Rodriguez, HR Compliance Officer at [email protected].
Where do I send personal information updates?
You may submit personal information updates to the HR Team via email at [email protected]. or through the Update Your Personal Information tab on this web page.
Can I change my direct deposit?
Yes. You may submit a request via the HR mailbox at [email protected]. Upon receipt of your request, we will send you a Direct Deposit Form via email to be printed and completed. Upon completion, you will be required to scan and email the form along with your voided personal check or preprinted direct deposit form.
How do I obtain an electronic copy of my Form W2 and/or pay statements?
We strongly encourage all employees to use the self-service feature on the ADP web portal and/or ADP mobile app for quick and easy access to review and print your Form W-2 and/or pay statements. However, if you do not have access to a computer, printer, or smartphone, we will be glad to assist you. Please submit your request at [email protected].
How do employees register with JCC’s payroll service provider to review/print payroll information electronically?
JCC’s payroll service provider is ADP/WorkforceNow. If you have not previously registered with ADP, before we strongly encourage all employees to do so. Register with ADP/WorkforceNow by clicking on the following link and entering code: JCCPGH2-welcome
