Whole Health Insights: Ready for a Mindset Reset?

Many of you may know me as the resident Wellness Coach at the JCC, serving up recommendations on diet and activity, but I also worked as a leader in Corporate Health & Wellness and was always fascinated by psychology and human performance.  I was so curious that I went on to study Leadership & Organizational Performance and became a Certified Leadership Coach.

In my studies and through my own personal experiences, I learned that people’s professional and health goals are intertwined. The same things that tend to get us stuck in one area of life, hold us back in the other.  So, what is the key to success? Mental fitness –the ability to use mindfulness to shift from distress to a positive mindset.

I want to personally invite you to something I’m really excited about.

I’m leading a 7-week Mental Fitness Reset, based on the Positive Intelligence (PQ) program—a science-backed system that helps you rewire your brain to handle life’s challenges with more calm, clarity, and confidence.

If you’ve ever found yourself stuck in negative self-talk, second-guessing your decisions, or pushing through stress until burnout hits—you’re not alone. I’ve been there too. (Ask me about the time I brought the wrong laptop to the boardroom presentation of a lifetime. Spoiler: we still crushed it—and PQ was a big reason why.)

This program includes:

• Daily mental fitness reps with the PQ app

• Weekly group (or individual) coaching sessions with me

• Tools to identify your inner Saboteurs—and replace them with more productive thought patterns

• A supportive group of peers walking the same path

If you’re working on a big goal, navigating a tough transition, or just want to feel more in control of your thoughts and energy—this is for you.

If you’re curious see what “saboteurs” may be getting in the way of your fitness or work goals, here’s a quick assessment: https://www.positiveintelligence.com/saboteurs/

Space is limited, with only 5 seats available at the discounted rate.  Registration closes on April 14.  Message me if you’d like more details—I’d love to have you join us.
