I see many clients in their 40s and 50s. Many of them ask me the same thing; simply put, they’re saying “WTF?”
What are These Feelings? All the things that worked in the past suddenly seem to fail. Many people find themselves wondering “What the heck is going on?”
Common concerns include:
The reality is that the stuff that may have worked for you for the past 20 years is no longer serving you.
Let’s face it. You are not the same person you were 20 years ago. And who wants to go back?
Change is a fact of life; our bodies and nutritional needs change as we age. With aging comes lower metabolism, changes in hormones and changes in our body’s stress threshold.
For some people it feels quite jarring!
Don’t be discouraged. You can use these uncomfortable feelings as an opportunity to take a new look at some of your diet and exercise behaviors and give them an update.
