JCC State of Mind – October 2, 2024

As the shofar sounds and the High Holidays approach, we are reminded that Rosh Hashanah is more than just the beginning of a new year—it is a time of renewal, reflection and hope. It’s a moment to pause, take stock and set intentions for the future. This season offers us a chance to look ahead with optimism, believing in our ability to form stronger connections and create positive change.

The challenges of the past year remind us how important it is to come together as a community, supporting and uplifting one another. At the JCC, we see Rosh Hashanah as an opportunity to build on the spirit of resilience and kindness that defines us. We look forward to a year filled with new beginnings and continued growth and are excited to see you on October 3 and/or October 6 to Start the New Year with a Mitzvah.

May 5785 bring health, joy and peace to you and your families. Together, we embrace the promise of brighter times ahead. Shanah Tova U’Metukah—wishing you a sweet and meaningful new year!

Jason
