Teen Fitness at the JCC

JCC Squirrel Hill

November 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022

If you’ve been interested in having your teen try out one of our youth fitness classes now is the perfect time to try them out! For a limited time only we are offering a sampling of our incredible teen fitness menu at the JCC Squirrel Hill FOR FREE!

Barbell Mechanics: Proper Lifting techniques for the big 3 lifts (bench, deadlift and squat). This class includes functional warmups and injury prevention.

Teen HIIT: 45 minutes of intense training with brief recovery periods. Several different modalities including Kettle Bell, TRX, etc.

Deck Time: Have fun training with your friends while doing a workout of the day with a JCC trainer (specifically targeted for ages 10-13).

Teen Hip Hop Fitness: This hip hop class for beginners and intermediate dancers focuses on developing rhythm, body awareness and coordination while encouraging individual style.
