The first Steel City Showdown, an obstacle course race, was held at the JCC’s Henry Kaufman Family Recreation Park, 100+ acres off wooded property in  Monroeville, on Sunday, September 22.

The terrain of Western PA participants through hilly slopes, mixed deciduous forest and dense thickets.

Participants came to conquer the course and make it you vs. you or come and play as a couple or a team of friends, family and/or coworkers for a team building experience and some good laughs.  This course was designed for the beginner and the more advanced racers.
