December 16, 2019
As you may know, we are in the process of improving our membership database and online commerce through the use of new software, Traction Rec.
In response to member feedback, we are initiating a change in the dates on which payments are debited from your bank accounts.
To do this, we are changing payment dates for all program and membership fees. New payment dates are as follows:
- Program debits that already are on the first of the month will continue on that schedule.
- For December, membership and other drafts that have been on the 20th of the month will be debited December 16.
- Starting in January, all drafts will be debited from your accounts on the 1st of each month.*
*adjusted for weekends or holidays
We thank you for your patience as we update our membership software. We hope you will be pleased with the improvements!
