Online Weight Loss Course
If you are looking for a program with maximum flexibility that you can do on your own time, this class if for you. This 8-week course is conducted online with one phone or in-person meeting with Deborah Brook, MS, RD. The course includes weekly online check-ins, virtual weigh-ins, links to fun and motivating articles, websites, recipes and blogs, and personalized online coaching and problem solving. You can also keep food records on the site of your choice and receive feedback and suggestions about your food choices.
