We keep the community moving with fitness events throughout the year. Watch for Super Family Fitness Sunday, Every Body Day, Indoor Triathlon and the South Hills Fitness Open House as well as a special fundraising event for young swimmers, the Jack Morris Swim Meet.

JCC South Hills Fitness Open House

Sunday, January 15 * 10 am-2 pm

Get off to the right start at our Fitness Open House and make this year the healthiest ever!

  • Enter for a FREE personal training session
  • FREE orientation for our new strength equipment
  • Sample 1, 2 or 3 group exercise classes: Group Blast, Group Power, Zumba
  • FREE Body Fat analysis
  • FREE class pass for all group exercise classes, January 16-20
  • FREE refreshments served in “The Loft”

Registration: 11:30 am • Start time: Noon

Kids and Older Adults: 250-yard swim (10 lengths)
Adults: 500-yard swim (20 lengths)
Kids and Older Adults: 2 miles
Adults: 4 miles
Kids and Older Adults: 1 mile (15 laps)
Adults: 2 miles (30 laps)
