This is one class that will deliver all the fitness training you need-cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility- in just one hour! Activate your life in only one hour! Incorporating all elements of fitness, Group Active will increase your cardio fitness, build your strength and improve your balance and flexibility. All in a supportive group environment, with motivating music and caring instructors. This class is for anyone from beginners to the more advanced time-crunched exerciser. 60-minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements kicks your cardio fitness to the next level, while defining and shaping your body and self-confidence.

Cardio workout performed to music on a specially designed stationary bike.
*Reservations are required and may be made up to seven days in advance. You must give us two hours advance notice of cancellation; “no shows” will be charged $5.

Dance your way to fitness with exciting Latin moves and rhythms.

Core Ballet Barre*
A full body workout incorporating ballet, pilates and barre movement. Set to upbeat music, the class targets the core muscles of the hips and thighs to give you a longer and leaner body.
