New! Summertime Sunday Funday

2:30-5:30 pm - Free; non-members welcome

Come enjoy our afternoon of splashing in the pool, sitting on the pool patio, playing in our backyard and creating art with some of Early Childhood Development Center's favorite teachers and counselors. Invite your friends for a game of tag; croquet a craft or a swim.

Nitzanim Camp

Nitzanim in Hebrew means flower bud, a camp experience for our youngest campers.

Imagine a week full of magical experiences for you and your 18 month-2½ year old. Kimberley Murray will coordinate each day's activities to delight and surprise you and your young child. Miss Katy will end the week with a music and movement program. A light snack will be served; please indicate allergies.

Lifeguarding: Age 15+

This course teaches lifeguarding skills, first ad and cpr for the professional rescuer. Must pass the pre-test requirements swim, 300 yards continuously using the following strokes, 100 yards front crawl, 100 yards breaststroke, 100 yards either front crawl or breaststroke - surface dive to the bottom and retrieve a 10 lb brick.

Water Safety Instructor (WSI)

WSI certification allows you to teach American red cross swimming classes. You must be at least 15 years old and be able to perform all strokes with proficiency. You must attend all classes to receive the certification.

Pilates

Pilates Reformer: Take your training to the next level!

All New! PT-PLUS (Personal Training PLUS)

Our new PT-Plus program incorporates strength training, cardiovascular training and nutrition coaching into one inspiring, goal-setting package.

PT-Plus clients will receive goal-specific strength and cardiovascular training from a nationally certified JCC personal trainer along with a complete, individualized meal plan designed by a licensed JCC dietician. In addition to the training and meal plans, PT-Plus clients will receive accountability/wellness sessions and bi-monthly workshops with our dietician and trainers at no additional charge.
