The JCC's Fitness Program is among the largest and most comprehensive programs in Pittsburgh, with approximately 40 Group Exercise classes offered each week.
Classes include Step, Yoga, Pilates Mat, Senior Aerobics and the latest addition to the schedule, Group Power, an efficient strengthening and toning program using using a variety of weights for appropriate muscles. Spinning, a workout on a specially designed bike that's appropriate for everyone from novices to elite athletes, also draws big crowds; reservations for a class can be made up to seven days ahead of time.

exercise participants only.
Orientation
Get acquainted with cardiovascular, free weight, Nautilus and Trotter equipment, and learn basic exercises. Required for youths ages 13-15 to use weight room. Call Andrea Sanders, (412) 521-8011, ext. 152.
