Group Exercise:

Every week, approximately 25 Group Exercise classes are offered including Butt Blaster, Cardio-Blast, Forever Fit, Line Dancing, Pilates, Senior Yoga, Step/Aerobics, Yoga, mother-daughter fitness, and Group Power, an efficient strengthening and toning program using light weights.

Babysitting:

Shortstop Babysitting--For ages 12 weeks to 5 years old
  • Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Thursdays 4-7:30 p.m.
  • Saturdays 1-5 p.m.
  • Sundays 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
$3.50/child/hour; $30/12 hours. Reservations: (412) 278-1975, ext. 210.
