Fitness and Wellness at JCC-South HillsThe Fitness Program, housed in a seven-year-old light-filled building that recently was remodeled to double exercise space, is among the largest and most comprehensive programs in the South Hills. Personal Training:The JCC offers Personal Training one-on-one and for groups, specialized sports conditioning and health assessments.
