Fitness Swimming for KidsRefine strokes and build endurance to become a stronger swimmer. We will work on all strokes, flip turns, how to check heart rate, and use pull buoys and kickboards. Must be able to swim 25 yards of each stroke. Practice twice a week.

Arthritis Foundation Aquatic ProgramThis program combines the buoyancy of water and the soothing warmth of our heated pool to make a safe, ideal environment for relieving arthritis pain and stiffness. Gentle movements used in the program increase joint flexibility and range of motion, while restoring or maintaining muscle strength. Must have a physician's referral to participate in this certified program. Both, members and non-members are welcome. Certifications:Lifeguarding: Age 15+Lifeguarding at the Family Park in MonroevilleWater Safety Instructor (WSI)WSI certification allows you to teach American red cross swimming classes. You must be at least 15 years old and be able to perform all strokes with proficiency. You must attend all classes to receive the certification.
